Science Experiments - Voclanos

We had to think like scientists and predict what we thought would happen.  Then we drew what we observed (watched) and talked about our findings.  We had fun learning the difference between magma and lava, especially when the balloon popped all over Mrs Christiansen. Here are our findings.

    We used a purple balloon for the Earth. The lava squirted all over Milla, Lennox and Mrs Christiansen.

    The balloon spit lava all over Mrs Christiansen and it was funny.

    Just as well it wasn't a real volcano. If you saw a real volcano you would have to get in the car and drive away quickly!
